Generation of Link and Cost Optimal K-Connected Fault-Tolerant Sustainable Network Topologies

Designing a cost effective, fault tolerant network, with optimal number of links is of prime importance, especially in the design of adhoc network topologies. Several methods have been proposed in literature for the same. The connectivity of a computer network is a measure of its fault tolerance. A number of methods have been proposed in various literatures to design a network of required connectivity. However, each of the methods has inherent disadvantages. In this research paper, a novel method has been proposed to design a network of required connectivity, working under constraints of link and cost optimality.
